Many people claim they saw different colors around people as children—shades others simply didn’t notice. This is the aura, essentially an energy field surrounding your body. Its existence is beyond doubt, but it’s rare to see it with the naked eye.
Special cameras can now scan electromagnetic radiation and translate it into colors that reveal various emotional states and traits. This helps you understand what defines you. With a bit of practice, you can learn to see auras too—just focus and keep practicing!

1. To see your own aura, stand against a wall painted in a neutral color. It’s also important to have a mirror facing you where you can see yourself head to toe; if that’s not possible, a handheld mirror that’s large enough will work.
2. Natural daylight is best for aura reading, so avoid trying this in the evening. If your room faces east, morning light is ideal; if it faces west, afternoon light will reveal the most colors.
3. Have you noticed little floating shapes when you just stare off? For aura reading, relax and don’t focus on anything specific. If you fixate on one detail, you won’t see the colors around you.
4. Try two approaches: first, don’t look directly at yourself in the mirror; instead, gaze at the wall about 10 cm (4 inches) above your head and wait a minute. Your peripheral vision will start picking up colors while your brain thinks you’re just looking at the wall, so the image won’t be disrupted. If that doesn’t work, try focusing intently on yourself in the mirror for 30–60 seconds without blinking. Then, blink rapidly while looking at the empty wall beside you in the mirror. You should see colors this way too.
With some practice, you’ll spot your aura’s color. Next, you can explore what it means.
Yellow
If your aura is yellow, it suggests you’re highly intelligent and lean toward logical, rational thinking—but don’t be fooled, you’re also highly creative. A lighter shade means you’re optimistic with a strong personality; a darker, more orange tone shows a strong desire to lead—typical of a natural leader.
Red
Red is a powerful color, reflecting a similarly strong personality. You often experience intense emotions, and your behavior and energy make you unforgettable. It’s no surprise you divide opinions—some people love you, others don’t—but you always evoke feelings. You’re a true leader!
Blue
Blue appears in many shades but generally means you cherish your friends and are a very calm person. You’re not the loudest in the group, preferring to quietly observe and notice every detail—you’re great at reading between the lines. If you sense indigo blue specifically, you’re truly special, with deep emotions and amazing intuition.
Green
You deeply value nature and your environment, feeling your best when you can explore the outdoors. It’s no coincidence many teachers have green auras—they have natural healing abilities and great wisdom. Just like you! People often feel better after a simple chat with you, so it’s no surprise they seek your company.
White
A white aura clearly means you’re very spiritual. You often sense unexplainable things happening around you—like dreaming about something that later comes true or thinking of a friend who then contacts you the same day. This white aura acts like a shield protecting you from everything!
