Eyes
In Chinese physiognomy, eye color, shape, and size don’t matter. What counts is a sparkling, clear iris—that’s the sign of prosperity, happiness, and success. Well-shaped, curved eyebrows framing the eyes indicate good health.
Droopy, watery eyes and dark circles or bags signal low vitality and energy, which isn’t a good sign.
Interestingly, despite the popularity of eyelid surgery in China to remove the epicanthic fold, feng shui says it doesn’t affect good fortune. It’s the brightness and liveliness of the eyes that truly matter.
Nose

If a woman’s nose is proportionally raised from the face with a modest bridge, her husband can expect a thriving career. Irregularities like bumps or breaks on the nose suggest a rocky marriage. A mole or wart on the nose tip signals extra challenges and bad luck.
Mouth
After the nose, the mouth is the face’s second “river.” The fuller and rosier your lips, the more good things life has in store for you—this applies to everyone.
Lip size doesn’t matter much, but dry lips can keep wealth at bay.
Chapped lips are like a “dry river,” symbolizing lost luck. Plump, moist lips attract success and money.
Chin and Jawline

That’s why many cosmetic procedures aim to achieve these looks: full lips, flawless skin, fresh complexion, and a straight nose.
