Behind the red carpets and the flashing cameras, the world's biggest stars want exactly what the rest of us do: rest, sunset swims and a real chance to recharge.

A fresh international analysis has revealed the destinations that Hollywood's most famous faces and other celebrities keep returning to. And here's the surprise: several of them aren't out of reach for ordinary travelers at all.

The ranking, put together by Casino News, didn't just count celebrity sightings. It also weighed luxury hotel rates, dining costs and everyday on-the-ground spending. The result is an inspiring list where high-end glamour sometimes comes in a surprisingly budget-friendly package.

Cabo San Lucas

Cabo San Lucas took the number one spot — and not by accident. Zendaya, Brad Pitt, Kim Kardashian and Leonardo DiCaprio have all been spotted in the area.

What makes it so appealing is how easy it is to reach from the U.S. West Coast, combined with a laid-back Mexican coastal vibe and modern, top-tier luxury services. The twist? A five-star hotel averages "only" around $400 a night — genuinely reasonable by celebrity-hotspot standards.

Palma de Mallorca

Palma de Mallorca landed in second place and ties for the top of the celebrity-sighting list.

This jewel of the Balearic Islands is understated yet refined luxury at its best: clifftop villas, hidden coves and marinas packed with yachts. In peak season, though, premium stays can easily climb to $1,000 a night — this one falls squarely into the "worth paying for the comfort" category.

Mykonos

Mykonos has been a celebrity favorite for years. Gigi Hadid, Kendall Jenner and Novak Djokovic have all made it a go-to summer destination.

The island is famous for its beach clubs, nightlife and luxury hotels overlooking the Aegean. Accommodation can actually be a little gentler on the wallet here, but beach-club entry, restaurant meals and other outings add up fast. On Mykonos, the "luxury experience" lives in the lifestyle itself.

If you love the idea of pristine waters, you might also enjoy discovering Europe's cleanest lakes and rivers.

Grace Bay

Grace Bay is a favorite hideaway for celebrities craving calm. Its powder-white sand and crystal-clear water make the perfect backdrop for discreet, unhurried relaxation.

This destination is less about being seen and more about privacy, which is exactly why so many people who want to slip out of the spotlight choose it.

Tulum

Tulum is one of the most intriguing names on the list, because luxury and closeness to nature blend so beautifully here.

Beachfront boutique hotels, yoga retreats and eco-luxury stays are on average far more affordable than many European or American alternatives — a five-star night can be found for around $240.

Aspen

Aspen is the only American ski paradise in the top 10 — and one of the priciest, too.

This Hollywood winter playground is beloved for its slopes, designer boutiques and exclusive après-ski scene, and the prices reflect exactly that.

Though it's primarily a winter destination, Aspen is just as popular in summer with hikers and nature lovers.

European and Mediterranean icons on the list

Nice — the French Riviera in classic style. Nice is where refined French living meets seaside elegance.

Lake Como — a symbol of Italian luxury. One of George Clooney's favorite spots, Lake Como is among the world's most exclusive holiday retreats, where five-star stays can climb past $1,600 a night.

Punta Cana — a Caribbean dream at a friendlier price. Punta Cana is one of the most popular destinations for long, palm-lined beaches and all-inclusive luxury.

Ibiza — the island of Mediterranean freedom. Ibiza is the iconic home of parties, sunsets and boho living, where luxury and an easygoing mood go hand in hand.

The "celebrity experience" really is within reach

At first glance, celebrities' favorite destinations can look like unattainable luxury — but the reality is more nuanced. Sure, not everyone arrives by private jet or rents a superyacht. Yet with a little smart planning, several of these places are absolutely doable for everyday travelers. In other words, the stars' favorite escapes aren't always reserved for the ultra-rich.

Which celebrity destination is the most affordable?

Tulum stands out as one of the most budget-friendly options, where a five-star night can be found for around $240. Cabo San Lucas is also surprisingly reasonable at roughly $400 a night.

Grace Bay is all about privacy rather than being seen. Its white sand and clear water offer discreet, peaceful relaxation, making it ideal for stars who want to escape the spotlight.

Which destinations on the list are the most expensive?

Lake Como and Aspen are among the priciest. Five-star stays at Lake Como can climb past $1,600 a night, while Aspen's slopes, boutiques and après-ski scene come with premium prices.

Can ordinary travelers really visit these places?

Yes. While some destinations are high-end, several — like Cabo San Lucas and Tulum — are within reach for everyday travelers with a well-planned trip.
