  1. Ingredients for the crust:
    • 250 g all-purpose flour
    • 125 g butter
    • 70 g powdered sugar
    • 1 egg yolk
    • 1 pinch of salt
  2. Ingredients for the filling:
    • 300 g chestnut puree
    • 200 ml cream
    • 50 g sugar
    • 1 packet vanilla sugar

Roll out the dough and place it into a pie pan. Mix the filling ingredients and spread evenly over the crust. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes until set.

Chestnut Dessert Balls

These little chestnut balls are not only tasty but super easy to make. They’ll be an instant hit with your guests.

  1. Ingredients:
    • 250 g chestnut puree
    • 100 g crushed tea biscuits
    • 50 g butter
    • 100 g powdered sugar
    • 1 tablespoon rum flavoring

Mix all ingredients and shape into balls. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour, then decorate with chocolate shavings or shredded coconut.

Chestnut Tiramisu

The classic tiramisu gets a creamy, rich makeover with chestnuts—perfect when you crave a luscious dessert.

  1. Ingredients:
    • 200 g mascarpone
    • 300 g chestnut puree
    • 200 ml cream
    • 50 g sugar
    • 1 packet ladyfingers
    • 1 cup espresso coffee
    • Cocoa powder for dusting

Blend mascarpone, chestnut puree, cream, and sugar until silky smooth. Dip ladyfingers in espresso, then layer with the cream mixture in a dish. Finish by dusting with cocoa powder.
