Baked Apple Tiramisu
Ingredients: 200 g ladyfingers, 300 g apples, vanilla powder, 50 g brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 packet vanilla pudding powder, 120 ml apple juice, 500 g mascarpone, 200 g cream, 125 g sugar, 2 egg yolks, 6 tbsp amaretto, cocoa powder
How to make it: Peel, core, and chop the apples. In a pan, combine 50 ml apple juice, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla powder, then cook for 3 minutes. Prepare the vanilla pudding powder according to package instructions, mix in the remaining apple juice, and add to the apple mixture. Bring everything to a boil and let cool.
For the cream, whip the cream with 75 g sugar until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, beat the remaining sugar with egg yolks until fluffy, then add mascarpone and amaretto, folding in the whipped cream last. Break or crumble the ladyfingers and layer them evenly in dessert glasses. Add a layer of the stewed apple mixture, then a layer of cream. Dust with cocoa powder and chill for a few hours to let the flavors meld.
Marzipan & Cherry Tiramisu
Ingredients: 350 g cherries, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 500 g mascarpone, 50 ml amaretto, 80 g sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 150 ml coffee, ½ tsp gingerbread spice mix, 12 ladyfingers, 150 g powdered sugar, 200 g ground almonds, cocoa powder
How to make it: First, make cherry sauce by straining the cherry juice and mixing 1 tbsp with cornstarch. Heat the remaining juice until boiling, then add the cornstarch mix and cook until thickened. Stir in the cherries.
For the mascarpone cream, mix mascarpone, amaretto, sugar, and vanilla. Brew coffee, mix in the gingerbread spice, and let cool. Place half the ladyfingers in a pan or dessert glasses, pour half the coffee over, then add half the mascarpone cream and cherry sauce. Repeat layers and chill for a few hours.
For decoration, mix powdered sugar, ground almonds, and amaretto to form marzipan balls. Place on top, dust with cocoa powder, and enjoy.
Kinder Tiramisu
Ingredients: 24 Kinder chocolate bars, 2 egg yolks, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp vanilla extract, 400 g mascarpone, 200 ml cream, 1 orange, cocoa powder, Kinder Bueno for garnish
How to make it: Whip egg yolks and sugar in a large bowl until stiff, then add vanilla, mascarpone, and whipped cream. Unwrap the chocolate bars and place 12 pieces at the bottom of a pan or dessert glasses. Drizzle with juice from half an orange, then pour half the cream mixture on top.
Next, add the remaining 12 chocolate bars, the rest of the orange juice, and the last layer of cream. Chill for a few hours, dust with cocoa powder, and decorate with as much Kinder Bueno as you like.
