Whether it’s sharp social criticism, gripping crime stories, or a tale showing what happens when a wealthy family loses everything. Here are some particularly inviting creations among them!
Big Little Lies
Big Little Lies is a drama series set in a wealthy coastal town in California, following the lives of five women - played by Reese Witherspoon, Nicole Kidman, Shailene Woodley, Laura Dern, and Zoë Kravitz - who become the focus of a murder investigation.
At first, even we as viewers cannot be sure exactly how the events are connected. As the story delves deeper into each character’s life through flashbacks, it gradually becomes clear what might have actually happened.
Enlightened
The Enlightened series was co-written by Laura Dern and Mike White, the creator and writer of The White Lotus, and they also appear in the show. The story centers on Amy Jellicoe (Dern), a corporate executive who enters rehab at a wellness center after a public meltdown.
After spending time in rehab, she returns to her workplace renewed and self-aware, determined to expose corruption within her company. However, Amy’s intentions clash with the harsh realities of corporate life, and she struggles to balance her idealism with workplace resistance. If only every guest from The White Lotus left their vacation with a similar moral awakening!
The Perfect Couple
Meghan Fahy, who played Daphne Sullivant in the second season of The White Lotus, also has a role in this mysterious drama, and the similarities between the two series don’t end there!
Based on Elin Hilderbrand’s novel, the series is set on the idyllic and wealthy island of Nantucket, where preparations are underway for a lavish wedding. Amelia Sacks (Eve Hewson) and Benji Winbury (Billy Howle) are to be married at the groom’s family home.

As the characters form closer relationships, their friendships begin to unravel due to sex, drugs, and false promises.
Succession
Succession is a dark comedy that follows the Roy family, who control a powerful fictional media conglomerate, Waystar Royco. The family patriarch, Logan, must decide which of his children will inherit the company after he is gone.
Succession centers on the world of wealthy, selfish people and shows the terrible things they are willing to do - against each other or others - to get what they want.
Nine Perfect Strangers
Nine Perfect Strangers is a psychological drama miniseries based on Liane Moriarty’s 2018 novel of the same name. The story takes place at a luxury wellness center, the Tranquillum House. Here, nine strangers, each struggling with personal issues, gather for a transformative experience. The center is run by the mysterious and eccentric Masha (Nicole Kidman), whose unusual methods promise healing but soon lead to disturbing and mysterious areas.
Westworld
Last but not least, if you want to give a chilling sci-fi series a chance, it’s also worth watching Westworld! It is set in a special theme park where wealthy guests can interact with lifelike robots called “hosts” in elaborately crafted scenes evoking the Wild West.
The park is operated by a company called Delos, aiming to let visitors indulge any desire without consequences. Sex, violence, and thrilling adventures are everyday occurrences. But when the robots begin to gain consciousness, questions arise within them: is their life real, and what moral responsibility do those who created this world bear?
