Amazingly, this face matches the one on the Shroud of Turin exactly. While the Shroud shows a negative image of the face, the Manoppello veil reveals a positive one. This veil originates from Jerusalem.

Some believe it was used for astronomical purposes. What’s truly incredible is its precision — it’s more complex than a watch, and creating something like this was thought to be possible only a thousand years later. Yet, no earlier models have been discovered so far.
