A series of strange, unexplainable feelings
It can be tough at first to accept that maybe you’re not alone in your own home. Some deny it out of fear, others simply because they don’t believe. But if we embrace the idea that life has a deeper meaning, it becomes easier to understand that we’re more than just our physical bodies.
I know this topic isn’t for everyone, and it’s not our job to convince each other of different views. Still, even the biggest skeptics sometimes admit to feeling unexplained sensations at home. These moments don’t only happen at home, but that’s often where we’re most sensitive to them.

Horror movies often portray these entities as scary or evil, but in reality, they usually want to connect for very different reasons. Most often, they come with a helping intention or are simply lost, trying to find their place in their world—which sometimes overlaps with ours. And usually, all you need to do is ask, and they’ll leave you be.
Sometimes, they can even help you, and you can ask for their support. As a layperson, it might not always be clear what kind of entity you’re sensing, but if you listen to your inner feelings, you’ll know if it’s a good or bad vibe. We don’t recommend attributing every little noise or shadow to this, but if you’ve long felt you’re not alone, it’s worth considering that you really might not be.
Messages from them to you!
Spiritual teachings say helpers accompany us throughout life—call them guardian angels, spirits, fairies, or elves—whatever fits your belief. Imagine them rushing to your aid in these forms, and you can even ask them to appear in your dreams. Because they can reach you through dreams and share important insights about you.
They might share information you’d rather sweep under the rug—but they still want you to notice it.
You might also feel sudden cold or warmth in certain spots of your home without any clear reason. It’s said that near life’s end, we sense the other side more clearly, seeing more because we’re halfway there. Until then, most of us just sense it.
Sometimes they try to communicate through impressions—imagine whispers in your ear that suddenly pop up as spontaneous thoughts. If you ask, you might experience this more often, as they can provide all the help you need. Spiritual stories tell of people waking every night feeling a breath on their face. At first, it’s scary; then annoying; and soon you’re asking, “What do you want from me?”
At that point, you can ask for clearer answers. They might want to send you a message, and since decoding it can be tough at first, you might get more precise guidance. Though connecting with them can feel intimidating at first, there’s nothing to fear—you’re always in control and can send away anyone bringing negative energy into your home.
