Ingredients:
- 300 g oat biscuit cookies
- 500 g cream cheese
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 8 overripe bananas
- 225 g caramel cream (dulce de leche)
Instructions:
- Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over hot water.
- Break the oat biscuits into chunks, place them in a blender, and mix with 2 tablespoons of oil.
- Combine the crushed biscuits with the melted chocolate in a bowl and mix well.
- Press the chocolate biscuit mixture evenly into a buttered or oiled pan, smoothing it out with a spatula.
- Peel the bananas, chop them into small pieces, and add to the blender. Add the cream cheese and caramel cream, then blend until you get a smooth, creamy mixture.
- Spread the cream evenly over the chocolate biscuit base, then freeze the cake overnight.
